The Opportunity
A multi-location dealership group ran every vehicle question through paper: a 50-page portfolio per car holding the Carfax, window sticker, bill of sale, and years of repair orders. Before a car could be presented to a buyer, someone had to pull the folder, flip through it page by page, and hope the answer was inside. Sales, service, and the office shared one physical file, so every answer waited on whoever had it last.
